| How bad is foundation? Is there a floor in it? I see bin jacks for sale every few months. 5 bin jacks. Lift bin a few feet. *I would put attachment points at least 3 sides over halfway up to solid anchors for wind*
Clean old cement, check on muric acid? Set up forms pour new floor over. Now if rats dug out under. I suggest jackhammer to expose, fill those. Still cheaper than crane. I might use hammer drill a few places. But now bin unload taller by 5 inches.
Then sell bin jacks.
