All the pins are "straight through" (pin 1 to pin 1 etc.).
However - you may need other parts to get your machine to work. If it is an early model (00-01) you will need a new E01 controller and some software updates from JD. If it is a later model (02-03) - then you will need new E01 software (not circuit board). Version 5.1 or later if my memory is correct.
