Just don't let the matter cylinder go dry while replacing the caliper. Then just bleed the ones you replaced like any other vehicle. Nothing to it.
Edit: As far as freeing the slide pins up and reusing, if they're rusted to the point they won't slide then they're pitted and will never slide freely like they're supposed to.
