I am mostly confused about what you are asking and agree with the word salad. But, turning the wheels so they are out wider puts more stress on the hub and spindle. What are they rated for? Tire pressure needs to be what ever it takes for the amount of weight it carries. Tires usually have maximum weight at X pressure at 75 MPH. Less weight and less speed equally require less pressure.
