NE IA | Not uncommon for a new car or truck to have a couple hundred miles on it. That being said , I would consider it deceptive and would find someone to answer for it, whoever that someone may be. Would proceed from there based on how I felt about the explanation I received. Not uncommon for it to go all the way to the top before chit hits the fan!
