Mexico built an 'economy' model - 7a series Hydraulics were the tell tale feature -- no frills Single Pump only no ability to add 2nd hyd pump with 'deluxe' remotes (CCLS) that could handle both pump flows to remotes.
1st Character of S/N will tell if it's Basildon (B) or Mexico (I can't recall what prefix that was) production.
