Have one truck where it keep flipping the fuse breaker. Any idea how to go about this? Would these wires go directly from the overhead console down to the fuse box? Or where do these get power typically? This is on a 2017 prostar. When doing field installation where do they typically pull power from? All the wiring/coax is already in these trucks and trying to get by with mirror mounts for now and then I’ll hopefully do roof mounts this winter. Thanks


I always hook to the battery the business radios should have a fuse in the hot and ground

makes for as much output power as possible that way

as long as the trailer is not too tall, we use 1/2 wave in the center of the cab roof
