When you push the pistons back in,loosen the bleed screw,then immediately retighten.There are the odd issues(on some ) that can occur when the flow goes back the wrong way.I realize you have passed this point,I would try and keep brake fluid in the reservoir and not let air into the anti lock system when you unhook the rear lines.Then do the brake pumping as old days.
