mercer county, il | On my 840 we have a short chunk of ext ladder bolted to the inside on the low side. Then we just park the combine or hopper trailer close to that. Honestly don’t get in much unless something is broke or a couple times a fall to clean the windows. The ladder on the inside s behind the tire so there’s no interference there.
We’d always discussed a permanent ladder, but in the shop we use a tall stepladder and we decided it’s not a frequent enough issue getting in to bother making a permanent ladder
