Wisconsin | The sleeve doesn't have to bottom out on the crank. I'm not sure what's so great about the tool, it looks like it has two bolts so you still have to be careful to tighten it evenly. Just use a flat piece of steel and tap in the middle, far better than Jethro hammering it on back and forth. Once it's flush, if it has to go further back, the balancer will push it back. That's the cummins style, the speedi sleeve style is shown in the video and you want a pipe for that, not hard either. | |
