Subject: RE: over heating UTV 1120D

WNW Illinois, Henry Co
Went out today after i had a reply on Kubota UTV forum, someone said did I bleed the system, MY answer was i did not know there was a bleed place. so looked on the top of casting above water pump/thermostat housing and saw one small hose, followed that hose as it was stuck up in the ROPS. at the end of the hose was a bleeder valve.opened it up and antifreeze in radiator started to go down. put more in till radiator was full then the hose when dipping would run out liquid.

started it up and soon had warm hoses which i had not had before. and radiator started to get warm on top also but temp guage did not move off 2 bars. Friday, it would keep climbing. So i think it is good to go will finish putting back together then test run for verification per Ronald Regan's theory. "Trust but verify"
