north central Montana | You mean there's a pop-up on the screen that shows the speed when you slow it down, but it shows nothing and does nothing when you speed it up?
On ours it was an open circiut on the board where all those buttons are on, where the connector for the harness is soldered onto the board.
I bet if you take out the the little bucket in the console, and reach in and wiggle that connector when you speed the rotor up, it will work. I have seen this issue also with other buttons, on 2 or 3 combines.
I took the board out and put more solder on all those points, its a 2 by about 15 connector. Problem solved!
