Bottom of the Mitten | To start with hook up a scanner with capabilities to watch the misfire monitor to see if it's actually missing or has been missing. GM has good misfire software that is user friendly with current and history events
Edit: If it is missing you need to see which cylinders are the culprit and start investing there
