| My s680 started throwing a concave isolation error earlier this season. We were able to adjust the concave once a day and seemed to go by. From there things have gotten worse with isolation error and adjustment errors reading every few seconds. Now my chop to drop door goes off continuously. I cannot calibrate anything as no calibration will go through. John Deere has been out for last 4 days without an answer. So far we have
Changed lc-2 controller - controller all codes are on
Changed actuators on concave and chop to drop door
Checked conductivity on entire harness
Bled concave isolation cylinders
Checked and passed all valve releases in hydraulic block
Pushed software to all components.
Any ideas? Machine runs fine so we are going but having to use fieldview to monitor as codes will not go away on screen. Any help appreciated. | |
