Michigan | Last fall I was dealing with pretty bad lower back pain and sciatica. I tried a bunch of different cushions but what worked the best was a wedge shaped memory foam pillow. Everything else either added too much height or was just uncomfortable.
Pro tip--do not experiment with your wife's memory foam pillows when she is actually still at home. When she finds out you are taking her clean pillows out to the combine all hell will break lose.
