Subject: Plumbing for running Corn Reel and End Cones together and separate?

Iowa - Floyd County
Bought a set of Roll-a-Cones to run together with our Kelderman Reel this year. Does anyone else have them plumbed to keep the end cones on and take the reel off? That's how I'd like to plumb mine so I can just leave the cones on all the time and put on the reel if I need it. I'd like to tee off at the single point and use quick couplers to hook the reel up. I plan on using a needle valve/flow control on the cones or the reel, maybe I need one on both? The machine is a JD 9760. Thanks for any thoughts.
