That’s a brilliant idea . Going to try one other things first and then will go to that . Bootheel tractor salvage says what they do is cut an access hole in the Gudgeon support (mine is steel, not cast ) and heat directly on the spindle and supposedly it will come right off . Then you just weld piece back in . If that doesn’t work though will definitely be trying the breaking it out idea !
