We leave the drum up for everything anymore. The chopper, rotor, and feed accelerator speeds get changed along with the knife. Can usually do it in under 10 minuets. The worst part is on our 9760 it seems like I have to shut the engine down to get it to recognize the rotor shift sometimes.
