The Instrument Cluster has built in protection systems to prevent major damage due to overheat, low oil pressure etc that cuts power to the engine solenoid.
When the voltage drops off to the dash the engine shuts off. There is also a shutdown overide to run the tractor if the cause of the shutdown will not cause damage. |
