West Central Indiana | S670 here, only thing I change is chopper speed, chopper knife bank & then the door handle under the back ladder. Can change from corn to beans in about 2 minutes. I run drum up both crops. Run throat speed slow both crops. Run feed accelerator on slow both crops. Rotor slow both crops. Everything else is adjusted in the cab. Been doing this since our John Deere dealer started recommending it and it works great. And no green beans don't make a difference. | |
