Brandon, MS | The limit switches probably aren't hitting the arm. Visually verify that your gate is in fact latched, then open the side door and look up towards the top of the gate. You should see a limit switch (on each side of the baler). An arm (that comes from the top of the gate cylinder IIRC) is supposed to trip the limit switch and tell the monitor the gate is closed. Your limit switch probably isn't hitting your arm anymore. I had to adjust (bend) the arm on my limit switches a little in order to get them working.
A zip tie to hold the limit switch up (closed) will get it running too, but is not technically correct. | |
