It’s almost worth the price of new tires just to watch a professional change them!

Tire truck basically uses their knuckle boom to do most of it. Get first side off with the irons like everybody else and then remove tube and slide tire out/into the drop. Then they have a wide flat j shaped hook they put on the knuckle boom and lift the tire up and out by the outer bead while starting/prying the lubed inner bead over the lip of the rim at the bottom. Tire slips right off.
