Subject: How to remove extremely tight gudgeon cap JD 9520

El Campo/Houston, TX
Our 9520 has the gudgeon bearings out again . Brother was attempting to tighten them a bit out at the field and a roller fell out . He got the cap loosened to the point that could turn it easily by hand but then tightened it back up
With a 3/4 ratchet moderately so could take it to our shop. When he got to the shop that cap has somehow to so incredibly tight that we cannot budge it even with 15 foot cheater pipe on a 60 inch pipe wrench . Resorted to that after we broke basically every 3/4 breaker bar and ratchet we owned . We do have the correct tool that bolts to the cap and has always worked in the past. Torque multiplier did nothing , jack under wrench did nothing. The most we ever got was at the very beginning with extreme difficulty turned cap just one single round. Why is this so insanely tight now and what do we do next ? Cap is cast iron I think it would burn it out of there .
