10lbs seems too light to be durable.

I have an Esco that can use impact on. May have to reposition a several times to get off without ruining tire. Inside bead can be a little tough. The Esco gets between 30" duals, but need to use a wrench instead of impact.

Make sure bottom bead on tire is all the way out to step in rim, if it's angled back because the tire is too high that will give trouble. It can be tough to finagle the tools in at times, but you usually just need to find the right spot and with a little wiggling, it will get in.(insert jokes here...)
