Subject: Knowledge on how to use Honeywell thermostat on grain dryer

NE ND
Have an old Meyers Morton continuous flow dryer we’re gonna try and use this fall. Acquired it with a yard my brother bought. Has updated controllers and I have all the manuals and a friend who has the same dryer who has helped me get acquainted with it. I can get it all fired up and seems to run good (haven’t put grain in it just testing things out). But I don’t know how to run this thermostat? I don’t have a book for it, it runs up to about 200 degrees when running and it reads out on the display. I’m assuming that’s how I set the temp? Also there was linkage underneath that was disconnected from the gas valve, I’m guessing that’s how it adjusts the amount of gas? Although it hasn’t moved at all when I’ve been messing with it. Anyone have a manual or any first hand experience with one of these? The model is in the picture.
