On the list of things to do before we start corn in about a week. Plan to get the water trailer back out and filled as well. .4" rain since about July 25, things are dry.
Neighbor started a brush pile on fire couple of weeks ago on a creek bank where they cleared it and put strips on both sides in CRP. Came close to starting the corn next to it on fire.
Field fires?
