The remaining question I would have is, how fast will the water accumulate at the catch basin? .2% grade in a 18" only moves water at 1.73 fps. How does that translate to an impervious nearly flat structure? The layout of the pad puts the Catch at one corner of the lot. 620' from the farthest point of the pad to the corner with the catch basin.
