Holland, Indiana (SW IN) | Have used Drill Doctor (DD) bit sharpeners for years with mixed results
Just bought this Vevor MR 13A -about $200 -does up to 1/2"
close to perfect every time--I did 3/16" " to 1/2" ---135 degree split point
Must be sharpening about a bit a minute --I've got about 3 days worth to practice on :-)
My vision is getting worse but this is easy --the metal chucks don't slip like the plastic bit holder on DD
Looks like need to keep the metal chuck pieces rust free (I'm using Fluid film)
Your results may vary but I'm happy
