I had a finicky Miller wire welder about 15 years ago, seemed to always need something adjusted or messed with to make it work right. Didn't use it a lot, mostly for repairs and the mig welder was only 140 amps, so wasn't all it's fault, but I finally came up with a solution to fix this welder. Sold it and bought Miller Maxstar 161 stick welder.
