You are designing a strom sewer. What happens if you have two inches of rain in two hours? You say catch basin, is there "storage" enough for the surge, or does the pipe have to take it all at once? IN donig things like that, here, in our own operation, we normally use either 12 or 15" dual wall. There will be plenty of residue that will flow with the water and a smooth inside will not catch this stuff.
