East Central Arkansas | That makes sense Vincent. This roof was put on in 09 and just the last couple of years has it begin to have some leakage when we get blowing rain from the north. Also noticed some after snow and ice last winter. Some of those screws had loosened enough to be a problem. This had the foam sealant strips laid under the flashing. I think those new screws I have that are just a bit larger should snug it up good. | |
