We have done both sides. As others have said, grease, removal of dirt first. We had done everything. New cylinder fixed it…. But $500+ thru Deere. After we bought the first one we took the bad one to local hydraulic shop to fix for a spare. Around $100 to fix. Year later other side quit also. Replaced with redone cylinder and works as new.
