Had all sorts of issues with our 567 doing that this summer but ours was when trying to bale really heavy thick ditch hay on wet humid days. Plugged that front roller and pickup probably a dozen times making 25 bales. We also have a beat up wind guard with missing pieces so I'm thinking that's a lot od the issue.
