For a tractor and auger that size, a horsepower per foot is a place to start. Electric motor horsepower is worth about 2 hp engine. For an outlet, at least 50 amps.
Figure out a way to have outlet in some kind of enclosure. An indoor outlet plug set will be 1/10 the price of weathertight pin and sleeve set.
