SW Illinois		my grain handling books has a chart for 12 and 14" augers.

at 45 degree angle 12" needs 4HP/ 10ft 14" needs 5.5HP/10ft

15HP might get it done if you can keep it at 30ft length, I'd go with 20 HP to be safe
