NCMO | I have used Shoup Drives brand bulk chain for quite some time. It used to be made in USA. Now the description says import, but made to Drives specifications. It does not show having chrome pins. They also list precut chain for specific applications on the combines. That description says Drives chain, with chrome pins. The 10 ft bulk 60 chain would figure about 1/2 the cost of the precut with chrome pins. What is AgTalk's opinion on whether the precut chain is worth the price difference. Especially if the chain is located where it would be easy to replace. | |
