When I first start out after it’s been sitting for a little while about speed is fine and adjust normally. After running for five or 10 minutes of slowly starts to creep down and no longer adjust upwards and slow and slow and slow until it nearly stalls. Seems like a voltage/valve issue to me. Is there a known issue with the PWM valve?
