3727 = 1FF:4 = Info : Low oil viscosity
These error codes occur when the ECU has determined that the oil viscosity could be compromised. There is not any sensor that is used to determine the viscosity - a calculation is performed by the Engine Control Unit (ECU). Factors such as run time and number of regenerations that the unit has performed are figured into the equation.
To resolve the issue, change the engine oil and filter in the vehicle.
After the oil is changed, the ECU must be reset to clear the codes. Use the controls in the vehicle and the display (see the operators manual). Or, use the configurations tab in the Electronic Service Tool (EST).
