I'm on a irrigation district board, & the previous manager bought $85-90,000 worth of X CAD headgates 3 years ago . the 12" & 15"s seem to have problems sealing up. the 18s & bigger seem better.  Distributer is ignoring the Manager's phone calls & texts.    12" &15"s are so bad that laying on the floor, water   poured on them runs through.  
Has anyone else had this problem with X CADs?   We are going with a different company (Fresno I think) for our pre season  order We have to replace over 1/2 the 2-3 year old XCADs
