With the hyd door you have to park a long ways away to get the door open, just seems like a hassle. New construction is the perfect time to put in a bi fold. Diamond doors will supply directions for the end truss to make installation easy. They are just over the border in Canada. Super friendly, helpful. That is what really sold me was you can call them and they will get you a quote or answer any questions you have. They actually want your business. So tired of begging people to take my money. My 30 x 18 was a little under $10,000,a couple years ago. About half what a hydraulic door would cost. At least that's what I've heard they cost. The hyd door company never got back to me with a price. Figures. Very well built. Strong steel with good welds and good quality everything. Nothing cheap about them.
