North Liberty and South Bend, Indiana | It should be mostly if not totally covered by warranty if in fact you have documentation stating the pump was the culprit. It failed under valid warranty and was brought in for diagnosis even though it was finally replaced out of warranty. Reason is if a dealer, be it ag, construction, vehicle, or even appliance, knew or had a feeling a warrantied component was failing they could play the blame game on other components not covered by the warranty until Saud warranty expired then suddenly diagnose the issue. Definitely not saying this is what happened in this situation or that dealers do in fact do this but I have seen it tried and a threat of lawsuit suddenly reinstated the warranty. |
