I might be WRONG and I'm not a Ford person, but it is a one-ton truck, they do ride rougher than a 1/2 ton for a reason. My one-ton rides better with the empty livestock trail dragging behind it (GMC). However, mines newer (2024) and does ride better than my 2016 did. Technology/engineering has come a long way in 14 years IMHO.
