They should cover it as it was brought to their attention.
In the world we live in, you are SOL.
Probably the only way they will pay is if you sue them or they sue you to get paid. If you have documentation, you should prevail.
The problem with that is they will probably not want to do business with you in the future.
Locally there is only 2 dealer and in many places there is only one.
