We have a some gravity wagons that size. Had 12.5-15s, always overloaded, short service life. Switched the hubs to 8 bolt so I could use up some 16.5-16.1s I had on hand and then switched to 11R22.5s or 385/65 22.5s as I could find them second hand.
Truck tires pull way easier on the road. Airplane tires might be great too, I have never used any.
