Airplane tires are a bear to deal with. Super stiff sidewalls and i think always mounted on split 2 piece rims.
Super single tires like 385s or 425s would be a better match. You can run lower air pressures maybe 60 ish for a bit of suspension and are somewhat easy to come by for replacements
