Subject: New Holland T7050, Hydraulics act like timer is set

Near Richmond, IN

We have a T705 that when we use the hydraulics they act like the timer is set on the remote we're using.  For example if what I'm hooked to is down and I pull the lever back to raise it, it only raises a small amount and stops like the timer is set for only a certain amount of time for the hydraulic oil to flow.  Then wait a couple seconds and pull the lever back again and the tool will raise another small amount and stop again, just like if the timer was set, each time.  Same thing happens when lowering the implement, it only goes in small increments with each pull of the lever.

Can't find anything set wrong and I was thinking that the timer should turn off when the tractor is turned off with the key.  Is there some way that I need to do something else to turn off the timer or is there something else going on?  I'm kind of stumped on this one.  It will finally raise all the way or lower all the way but it takes several pulls or pushes of the hydraulic lever in the cab to do that.

TIA,

Steve
