SE MN | Starting to get some holes in the plastic snouts where the ears slam down. Ordered the stainless kits from shoup but I’m not impressed by how they attach. Along the bottom they pan head screws that screw into the plastic. Seems like the screws won’t hold long term and the pan heads will catch on the stalks. Anybody have experience with the shoup kits? Would pop rivets be better? I am considering taking the frame out of the snouts so I can use bolts along the bottom. Is there a better option than shoup?
