Isn’t there a cover on the outside that covers the chain and the other side of the bearings? All of them I’ve worked on, you can pull the bearing from the outside, and just need to get a socket on the bolts you showed pictured to keep them from spinning
How would he get the bearings out when the flangettes are on the inside?
Cut the outer race with a grinder, torch or give em a good smack with a bfh
