Pull the plastic off the back of the cab where the smv sign is. Been a few yrs but on the right side there is a big electrical plug that goes into back of cab, there is either a bolt or screw in the center of that plug, see if that is loose. Your issue is exact of ours and we chased it for a yr till we found that loose screw. Hope it helps
