I don't think that's common in the midwest, but that would sure change things. Barb wouldn't have nearly as "interesting" scenery.
Somewhat related, some registration fees in MN are so high that they drive old vehicles off the road that would otherwise be kept around, I bet a fair number come to WI and IA with much lower registration fees. |
